Innocent Hearts

The world of chaos, conflict, fear, guilt, shame and unworthiness and the world of the Kingdom of Heaven lie side by side within the construct of our beautiful human minds. The eye of the needle that beckons us through is the devotion to reclaiming the innocence of our hearts.

With diligence and dedication to our awakened experience of Self, life and other it is inherently possible to cultivate the innocence to look upon anything, anyone, any emotion and any experience with curiosity and wonder, just as you might look upon a passing cloud in the sky. As your gaze rests upon anything through the lenses of innocence you are able to see it, examine it, marvel and embrace it knowing that that just like a cloud passing by does not affect the purity of the sky, the experience you are having need not impact adversely the internal landscape of your experience.

Remind yourself gently and frequently, ‘Sweet One, your mind rests side by side with the mind of God.’
